Sorry this one took so long, been being lazy again, also playing Sims 2 instead of 3.

And another toddler gets potty trained
Stephen as a toddler, the only kid to inherit his mom's hair.
Katrina is a child, for some reason even though she was fully trained the game insulted my parenting and gave her the Evil trait, argh, mind it was being glitchy in general at that particular moment, so I will blame the glitches and move on. May change it later, may not.
And it's Serena's turn to get randomly abducted. I have no idea what their deal is.
I caught Katrina reading "A magnetic Attraction", Um, sweetie, I don't think that book is appropriate for children.
Family oriented sim doing the family oriented thing.
Hikaru as a toddler, he's a cutie, glad I kept him.
Jonah grows up, I love when they leap into the air like maniacs.
And he grew up TASTY, the trashy shirt had to go immediately though. I hope SP is good to him and gives him lots of tasty babies...erm that came out wrong. Oh and he has the Natural Born Performer trait, hoping to have a performer for my sim fests so the game will quit annoyingly reassigning random sims to perform.
She rolled the want to teach him to talk so we get some nice family bonding and discussion of fitness. Just prior to this she was discussing burglary. Sims have such strange notions of appropriate conversation topics with small children. Oh yes, and she has officially made it into the Thief branch of her career.
JC knows how to discuss appropriate subjects with his spawn.
I hope you are telling the kid NOT to play with matches Carmen.
 Lousy potty training picture.
Carmen at the summer festival after having got her face painted WITHOUT my input. Unfortunately it rained for most of the holiday, so she didn't stick around long. I tried, but really who can blame her? Rain will put a damper on anybody's enthusiasm.
yet another grow up pic, he has the Disciplined Trait, I'm planning on a family vacation to China, so that Katrina can meet some vacation locals, since she needs a baby daddy with hidden traits. I'll probably move the vacation local I chose in briefly so can move him into a place in town and not have to wait a day to invite him over every time.
Katrina decides to be evil and steal candy from a baby. I kept cancelling this, but this time I missed, so I snapped a picture instead.
Potty training. And I haven't actually selected a LTW for her yet, that's just her current preference, but I'm probably just gonna select one when she grows up to YA, which will be soon. Actually her birthday is the next sim day but I may send them all on vacation first.
And just in time too as literally right after that he grew up into a child. This is actually the second time we did this, due to my game deciding crashing while transferring back from the stylist mode during the 2nd age transition of the night was a good idea. LUCKILY I have awesomemod's autosaver feature enabled, so I only lost a few sim hours. Still annoying. He ALSO has the disciplined trait, which was the fault of the crash, I originally gave him the neat trait, but then the game crashed, and I forgot which trait I gave him, oh well I'm kinda playing Stephen and Hikaru as "psuedo-twins" anyway.
And the said second age transition of the night, Katrina grew up pretty, this is before I got rid of the trashy Maxis clothing choice. Also the evil eyebrows of doom. Really need to take after pictures rather then before pictures, but oh well. ANYWAY she has the Charismatic trait, all the better to seduce a random vacation local baby daddy with.

Yes, I've finally got off my bum and created a new chapter

I updated to patch 1.55 and installed IP a few days ago, and between that and a two day heat wave that made me uninclined to do stuff I haven't been playing my legacy. In fact the pictures in this chapter were taken before I updated my game.

Another warning about pixellated breasts in this chapter, this should be the last chapter involving that for a while.

Jonah as a kid, he's adorable, I love him. He's got the Neat trait, just because.
Does this picture really need an explanation by now? Didn't think so.
And some spring flowers for the decorating requirements
Why do I keep taking these pictures?
 Katrina learns to walk
 And Serena grows up
She grew up pretty, and gained the Friendly trait
JC gets abducted again, and this time he did get pregnant, grrrrrrr.....
 And Katrina learns to talk
I'm running out of witty lines for these pictures, why don't you come up with your own?
Baby Stephen, with the Genius trait and the Insane trait, just because it amuses me.
Hanging out at the spring festival, and finally a picture of her spring everyday wear.
The alien spawn Hikaru, I could have shipped him back to his homeworld, but I decided to just roll with it, 6 kids or no. The game gave him the Genius trait on it's own, and I gave him the Eccentric trait.

This chapter is a little longer then the others and conprises two play sessions on the same day. It also contains some glimpses of partially exposed pixelated breasts. Don't read in front of anyone that would be offended.

The aliens took a break from abducting Carmen and abducted JC instead, fortunately he did not get pregnant. Normally I'd be thrilled by an alien pregnancy since I've never had one in Sims 3 yet, but not when it ultimately would result in having six kids in the same house.
Jonah and as a toddler, post my replacing his outfit (pink and green, really?) His eyes are purple, but paler then his sister's and mom's.
And they waste little time after that getting bun number three cooking
Carmen's winter outfit. Better picture this time.
 And some festive mistletoe.
Serena as a child, she became daddy's little genius. She looks kind of depressed for some reason...
And I built a kids room downstairs, for the expansionist requirement. The carpet is yellow too but you can't really tell in this picture.
You'd think after three goes she;d have figured out she was pregnant sooner.....
Potty training complete. and I kind of got a picture this time.
She rolled a wish to kiss under the mistletoe, so here we are.
 Another boring labour picture.
Katrina, who is probably going to be heir, I want a girl to make the single parent requirement less of a logistical hassle, and Serena is clumsy, which I thought was a bad trait for an athlete even if it doesn't actually conflict with the athletic trait, it's my opinion that it should. Anyway Katrina DOES have the athletic trait, and I think the Friendly trait too, I forget which one I picked for her. Oh and I owe Margeret Pendragon for linking to that shirt on her legacy blog.
 Being taught to walk.
Hanging out at the festival on Snowflake day. Unfortunately she couldn't stay all that long due to exhaustion. Three kids will do that to you.
And JC has aged to a mature adult.

And so has Carmen, I'm debating whether to have them have one more biological kid or just adopt the last two, my worry is that with my luck they might have twins, especially since I bought the fertility treatment reward for her, and then we end up in the six kids situation I don't want to get into because I still need to adopt one.

Chapter 2 of my pointless legacy.

Here is JC being a good family orientated Sim and teaching Serena to talk, I have no idea why he's talking about the theatre.  She was toilet trained at some point shortly after this, but I wasn't paying attention at the time.
 And we have baby bump!
Carving the first of two Jack-O-Lanterns for spooky day. Right after this picture she got abducted by aliens. No really. She got abducted by aliens three times during this play session. Makes me want to move the alien in using MasterController because it's clearly obsessed.
 The obligatory labour picture.
Meet baby Jonah, the game assigned him the Virtuoso trait and I assigned him the artistic trait to go along with it.
Carmen teaching Serena to walk, since she was the one that rolled up the wish for it. At some point during the process she got abducted by aliens for the third time. She did manage to finish the job though, eventually.
Spooky day festivities, she also went into the haunted house and won an apple bobbing contest against two random neighbours who's names I have now forgotten, anyway, they don't matter for purposes of this blog.
And the spooky day Jack-O-Lanterns lit. And I really need to have somebody clean up all those darn newspapers. And move that stupid uni kit somewhere else.
